Over Thirty Rides and Attractions

Kiddieland has over 30 Rides and attractions that will provide fun for the entire Family.  Some of our rides are designed and built just for children.  A few of these rides are designed to accomodate a parent with a small child.  We also have many rides that are suitable  for the entire Family.  Our Roller Coaster (The Little Dipper) has been the first coaster experience for hundreds of thousands of children from Chicago and the surrounding suburbs!

Kiddie Rides

As a whole, these rides are designed for children up to about 54" tall.  Very small children can ride most of these rides so long as they can sit up on their own and be safe.

Volcano Playcenter This is a play area designed to help enhance a child's gross motor skills with net climbs, a ball crawl, tube slides along with a kid powered "Raft Ride".   These elements are built into and around a scaled down realistic replica of a volcano and also includes one of the most remembered and mentioned KIDDIELAND rides, the "Hand Cars".  The Volcano Playcenter opens weekends only begining Saturday May 9, 2009 thru Sunday June 14, 2009 and then Daily thru  Sunday, August 14, 2009.  We will continue with weekend only hours thru Sunday, September 27, 2009.  The Volcano Playcenter opens one hour and fifteen minutes after the main gates open and closes one hour prior to scheduled closing times.

Hours & dates of operation for the Volcano Playcenter are subject to change without notice and may be affected by in whole or part by weather conditions.

Large Ride Hours of Operation During normal dates of operation, some of the Large Rides/Attractions will not open for Guest use until one hour and fifteen minutes after our scheduled opening time.  Currently these attractions include The LogJammer Flume Ride and our Pipeline Water Coaster.  Our Guests do not normally get down to this area of the park for at least the first hour of the Park's operation.
